By accessing or using the Friendly FreightCo website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

Services

Friendly FreightCo operates as a licensed freight brokerage. We connect shippers with motor carriers for the transportation of goods. We are not a motor carrier and do not own or operate trucks. All transportation services are performed by independent, third-party motor carriers.

Quote Requests

Quote requests submitted through our website are non-binding inquiries. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties execute a rate confirmation or transportation agreement. Quoted rates may be subject to change based on market conditions, fuel surcharges, and shipment-specific factors.

Liability

As a freight brokerage, Friendly FreightCo arranges transportation but does not assume carrier liability for loss, damage, or delay to shipments. Cargo claims are subject to the Carmack Amendment and the terms of the applicable bill of lading. We maintain contingent cargo insurance for additional protection.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information through our forms, or to attempt to disrupt the functionality of the site. All content on this website is the property of Friendly FreightCo and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Friendly FreightCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Friendly FreightCo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Federal transportation law, including 49 U.S.C. §14501, may preempt certain state laws.
