How Friendly FreightCo Started
Friendly FreightCo was founded with a simple belief: shippers deserve better. Better communication. Better carrier quality. Better service from the people managing their freight. Too many brokerages treat shippers as transactions and carriers as interchangeable commodities — we set out to do the opposite.
From day one, we built our company around relationships. We invest in getting to know our shippers' businesses — their lanes, their seasonal patterns, their pain points. And we invest just as heavily in our carrier relationships, because a well-treated, fairly-paid carrier delivers better service to our clients.
Today, with 10 years in the industry and a vetted network of 5000+ carriers, Friendly FreightCo serves shippers across 48 States — from single-load spot freight to high-volume contract lanes. And we still answer the phone.

FMCSA Registered & Fully Compliant
Friendly FreightCo operates as a licensed freight brokerage under FMCSA authority. Our registration number is MC-1049281 / USDOT-3291048. We maintain an active Broker Bond (BMC-84) and carry contingent cargo insurance to protect our clients' freight.
Every carrier in our network undergoes a rigorous onboarding process: we verify active FMCSA operating authority, check safety ratings and out-of-service percentages, confirm cargo and liability insurance minimums, and run ongoing monitoring through carrier-watch services. We do not broker loads to unvetted or non-compliant carriers.
